Sarees/ Dupatta are priced mainly because of their exclusive design and quality. It ranges mostly as under:

  • Saree—Rs- 500/- to Rs 20000/-
  • Dupatta—Rs 500/- to Rs 2500/-

How the order is shipped?

Orders are shipped door to door through logistic partners

Is there any arrangement for express shipping?

Such modification is possible only when change of address is informed by mailing to dhriti.digital@gmail.com within two hours of order placement. Modification cannot be done once the order has been processed for shipping.

How to modify the shipping address?

You can edit your shipping address from My Account section after you have logged in to the website.

Cancellation of booking order:

How a booking order can be cancelled ?

A request for cancellation of a product before the date of shipping can only be acknowledged if the request comes before the product goes out for shipping.

On a request for cancellation sent in due time, refund of the entire booking fee will be made by 3 days on and from the date of receipt of the request for cancellation.

A request for cancellation of booking a product received after the product has been left, cannot be acknowledged.

Return policy:

How a product can be returned?

  • Return of any product already sold out cannot be acknowledged if the request along with the product does not reach within 3 days of date of receipt.
  • The request for returning a product must be associated with all relevant information on the product and must be separately placed in the website https://dhritionline.com/refund_returns/
  • The product must be sent back by a registered courier service to Dhriti registered Office address:

    Kolkata-700 099 West Bengal, India

  • If any damage has been noted [like, tearing, washing spot, ironing sign etc.] by the organization, the refund cannot be made.
  • Any customer who wants return a purchased product holds all responsibility. It may be noted here that before dispatching for shipping out, macrolevel checking on the product is made with extreme scrupulosity.
